Lifco can supply both heavy duty and light weight depending on the application. We can design and manufacture bespoke doors to your specifications in a number of textured finishes and can be offered as supply only or Supply & Fit.

Lifco design and manufacture a range of architraves in various textured finishes.

As with all of Lifco’s products, the latest CAD/CAM manufacturing techniques are used to ensure reduced lead times and a cost-effective product.

‘Trim’ Architrave Backfill

The ‘Trim’ architraves may be either backfilled with concrete or using Siderise Firestop CW-FS120 (previously known as Lamatherm Firestop CW-FS120). This shall be compressed by a minimum of 10%.

Architraves Cut-Outs

The side architraves to the door may include either a push button station or a Fireman’s Switch fitted on the landing face. A display unit may also be included within the front face of the upper architrave.

All shall comprise a steel box and face plate, which enclose electrical components. The boxes themselves shall be enclosed within the architrave by the concrete/Siderise backfill (as discussed above), apart from a 300 – 500 mm high access way will be provided from the boxes in the side architraves to the shaft face of the wall.

This void shall be separately infilled with mineral fibre insulation and enclosed by a steel plate fitted to the shaft face of the wall.
